Procedure for Admission
1. Download or Collect the Admission Form

Download from Website:
Visit the official website of MiiiT (Mothers Institute of Industrial and Information Technology) and go to the Admissions section. You can easily download the admission form from there.

Collect from Admission Office:
You can also visit the MiiiT Admission Department to collect the admission form in person. A small fee may apply for obtaining the form directly from the campus.

2. Single Form for All Courses

MiiiT uses a single admission form for all its programs — whether it’s a certificate, diploma, undergraduate, or professional course. This makes the admission process simple and student-friendly.

3. Filling Out the Admission Form

Fill out the admission form carefully with accurate and complete details. Ensure that all information matches your official documents.

4. Submission of Required Documents

Attach the following documents along with your admission form:

Passport-size photographs

Academic certificates and mark sheets

Valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport, etc.)

Migration or Transfer Certificate (if applicable)

Any additional documents specified by MiiiT

5. Application Fee

Pay the prescribed application or registration fee while submitting your form. This fee covers administrative processing charges.

6. Form Submission

Submit your completed admission form and all required documents either:

Online: Upload scanned copies and make payment through the official MiiiT website, or

Offline: Submit them directly to the MiiiT Admission Office.

Ensure you complete the process before the last date mentioned in the admission notice.

7. Application Review

The MiiiT Admission Committee will review all applications, verify eligibility, and check supporting documents for accuracy.

8. Admission Confirmation

Once reviewed, MiiiT will inform you of your admission status — accepted, waitlisted, or pending. Selected students will receive an official admission letter via email or at the campus.

9. Acceptance & Enrollment

If selected, follow the instructions in your admission letter to:

Confirm your admission

Pay the course fee or first installment

Complete all enrollment formalities

Collect your student ID card and class schedule

10. Orientation Program

All newly admitted students must attend the Orientation Program organized by MiiiT. This session helps you get familiar with campus life, faculty, academic systems, and available resources.

11. For International Students (If Applicable)

International students must follow the student visa process as per government and institute guidelines. MiiiT provides assistance and required documentation for the visa application process.
